The Kawai BLAK Series is a limited-production line representing the most advanced pianos Kawai has ever built, combining over 80 years of craftsmanship with modern innovation.

At its core is Kawai’s legendary Millennium III “Ninja” Carbon Fiber Action, known for its speed, precision, and exceptional control — especially at the softest pianissimo levels. Extended-length spruce keys provide a more even and responsive touch across the keyboard.

Premium Sen-YO hammers, used in Shigeru Kawai and concert grand models, deliver outstanding clarity, warmth, and dynamic range. These hammers feature mahogany moldings for faster response, greater resonance, and increased tonal energy.

Additional features include NEOTEX key surfaces for a natural ivory-and-ebony feel and a carefully aged spruce soundboard selected for the North American climate.
