Beautiful 1983 Steinway Model M (5'7") in the original walnut polish finish. Original owner, carefully maintained and rebuilt. The piano is in very good condition, with a beautiful tone and responsive action.

It has been especially well cared for in Colorado, including the consistent use of a piano humidifier, which helps protect the soundboard, strings, action, and cabinet from Colorado's dry climate. The soundboard is free of cracks, tuning pins are tight, and the hammers show very little wear. The walnut finish remains beautiful with no significant fading.

The piano was professionally appraised at $40,000 in August 2026 by Ray Girard, a former Schmitt Music Service/Operations Manager with more than 25 years of piano appraisal experience.
