Selling as part of an estate sale. This piano has been owned and cared for by one family since 1929.

Our recent professional appraisal notes: "This 1929 Heintzman Model D Boudoir grand piano presents in exceptional overall condition, particularly considering its age. The instrument has undergone significant restoration work in the past, including repinning, restringing, and hammer replacement, likely several decades ago. The cabinet has been refinished to a very high standard and remains in immaculate condition, featuring raised Heintzman lettering on the fallboard. The piano exhibits high pin torque, indicating excellent tuning stability. A crack is present in the soundboard; however, it is narrow and currently non-problematic. The instrument has been repinned and restrung and appears in good condition. The action is functioning smoothly with minimal mechanical noise. Moderate grooving and compression (hammers) are present but remain serviceable. Knuckles in good condition. Ivory keytops are near-pristine. Very little side play; no rebushing required.

The piano produces a sweet, mellow tone. At inspection, it was 15–25 cents below A440 but is expected to hold pitch well. All pedals function smoothly and quietly.

This piano is a fine example of a well-preserved and restored instrument. Structurally strong, visually excellent, and musically pleasing."
