Now that I am retired, it simply isn't played and enjoyed as often as it deserves to be. My hope is to find a new home where it will continue to inspire music, learning, and cherished memories.

This piano has had only two owners and has been lovingly maintained throughout its life. My parents purchased it for me in 1978 when I was just eight years old, and it has been part of my musical journey ever since. They selected it with the guidance of Dr. Lon Sherer, a respected Goshen College music professor who traveled to Japan to study violin with Shinichi Suzuki, founder of the Suzuki Method. Dr. Sherer was instrumental in bringing Suzuki's teaching philosophy to the United States, and his knowledge and encouragement helped my parents choose an exceptional instrument that has been cherished for nearly 50 years.
