This exquisite piano was bought new by the current owner who kept it climate controlled, tuned, regulated and voiced. It includes a custom string blanket, quilted piano cover, pneumatic bench, and a 2-tank climate control system. There are only minor blemishes from sheet music. No abuse. The sound, looks and touch could pass for nearly new. It is for sale because the owner just combined households and also has an 8' Bluthner grand. He doesn't have room for two grands.
Flynn Pianos prepped this Fazioli for sale and are brokering it from the owner's home in Great Barrington, MA. The buyer pays for moving, etc. This is a direct sale from the owner/seller who provides no warranty or other services. But neither will he charge sales tax. The current list price of a new Fazioli 212 is $157,500. The asking price for this 2013 model is half that amount.
If traveling by air, Albany International in NY and Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT are each about an hour and fifteen minutes away. The NYC airports are about two and a half hours away. Great Barrington has a dozen hotels and several dozen restaurants.
