I am a semi-retired piano technician. I will be moving into a smaller space in a retirement village, and this 7' 5" grand piano would take up too much space. This is my own "personal use" instrument. I am the original owner and the only owner of this piano. I am not selling this piano on behalf of any 3rd party.
Kawai lists the size of this piano as 7'5". Pianomart only allows 7'4" or 7'6" when listing the size of the piano, so I had to put 7'4".
This piano comes with a 100% wool Edwards string cover custom made for this piano from my own plate pattern. You can see the black string cover in one of the photos.
There are no cracks in the soundboard or bridges. There is no rust on the strings - only the normal amount of tarnish you would expect on a piano manufactured in 1987. The wound/bass strings have not gone "tubby" - they still sound great. The tuning pin torque is still excellent.
