About 15 years ago the piano received new Steinway hammers, shanks, flanges, whippens, and back action. Parts are in very good working order and have had the following work:

-Hammers filed
-New Able knuckles installed
-Full regulation back to original specifications
-All flanges repinned to proper friction specification
-Lubricate all points of friction

Other work completed:

-Buff and polish all the hardware and cap stands
-Case thoroughly cleaning and rejuvenated and all scratches touched up. Finish is about a 6 out of 10. We can refinish in another coat of solid color of your choosing if you would like to bring it back to its original glory!

-Strings set to bridge the bridge and spaced and leveled
