Concert and Artist Piano flown by Bosendorfer from Vienna to the USA in 1998, and purchased by me at that time. The piano has never been moved from my home, ensuring its "like-new" condition. The case is virtually flawless, as is the interior, as shown in the photos. The piano has been regularly maintained by Mr. Kirk Russell- a formal appraisal is available upon request. The piano also underwent a major action regulation in 2009 by Ms. Barbara Pease, a well known Bosendorfer specialist technician. The piano has been protected throughout its time with me with a complete Dampp Chaser humidification/dehumidification system, as well as residing in a climate controlled room. This Dampp Chaser unit is included in the sale. The sale also includes a dual piano bench, shown in the photos. An appointment to view and/or play the piano can be arranged, as well. Shipping and insurance are at the buyer's expense. Removal is simplified, as the piano is on the main floor of our home, close to the front door, as shown in photo 1.
