Here is a Steinway model O at a great price. Originally built in 1918 during the golden age of pre-war Steinways, the action has been completely rebuilt using all Steinway parts including the hammers, shanks, flanges, repetitions, etc... New pins, strings, damper felts and underfelt have also been installed. The nickel hardware was all re-plated and polished and the cabinet has been refinished in two coats of Steinway ebony satin. Look at the photos, it really turned out brilliantly, but what do you expect from a great restoration? A full regulation and concert level tuning has been performed recently. As a bonus feature, a built in humidifier has been installed to keep it in tune even longer between tunings.

It will be a joy for someone to own for generations to come. I can't keep it because I'm moving to a smaller place. Thus, I want to find it a home that will love and take care of it as much as I have.

At 5’ 10”, it is the perfect size for serious players to use in their homes. A new Steinway model O is $117,900 so at this price it represents a true bargain.
