There’s a reason the Steinway Model B has earned such a strong reputation among serious pianists. This 2005 Steinway & Sons Model B grand piano delivers the combination of warmth, responsiveness, and musical versatility that makes the model so sought after.

Finished in elegant ebony satin, this 6'11" Steinway Model B has been very gently used and remains in excellent condition. Its warm, beautifully rounded tone has plenty of depth without becoming overly heavy, while the touch feels comfortable and responsive under the fingers. It is the kind of piano that makes you want to keep playing just to hear what comes out next.

The Model B occupies a particularly useful place in the Steinway lineup: substantial enough to produce a rich, powerful sound, yet refined enough for intimate playing. Whether you're working through a Beethoven sonata, improvising after dinner, or trying to convince yourself that one more hour of practice is perfectly reasonable, this Steinway has the musical range to keep up.

For anyone searching for a pre-owned Steinway Model B grand piano in Southern California, this 2005 example deserves a closer look. Its excellent condition, ebony satin finish, warm Steinway tone, and responsive touch make it an especially appealing choice for a pianist looking for a high-quality used Steinway without the wait for a new instrument.
