This piano is in very good condition. It has been rebuilt including a new action, new
strings. All the tuning pins are tight. All the action parts are moving freely. The hammers
have very little wear on them. The keys are in good condition. The sound board is free
of any cracks or defects. The cabinet finish is original and is in very good shape with no
fading which is rare for a wood finish piano in Colorado. This piano has been well
maintained.

For insurance purposes the current replacement cost for a new Steinway model M in
Walnut polish finish as of 8/24/26 is $143,000.00.
