For sale is my 1928 Steinway & Sons Model M grand piano, a beautifully restored and exceptionally well-maintained instrument.

This 5'7" Steinway Medium Grand was extensively reconditioned in 2014 by highly respected piano technician and rebuilder Steve Grega of D&S Pianos. Steve was for many years the piano technician at Western University's Faculty of Music and has extensive experience with Steinway instruments.

The 2014 work included:

• New hammers
• New strings
• New keytops
• Extensive regulation/ action work
• Complete refinishing of the case

The original soundboard, bridges and pinblock were retained as they were in good condition.

The piano has been very lightly played since the reconditioning and has been professionally maintained. The refinished case is in beautiful condition and the instrument presents exceptionally well.

I am a professional concert pianist and have owned and performed on Steinway pianos for many years. I currently own several grand pianos and am selling this instrument simply because it is no longer being used.

The Model M is one of Steinway's most versatile grand pianos, offering the characteristic Steinway tone and responsive action in a 5'7" instrument suitable for a home, teaching studio, church, school or smaller performance space.
