I’m selling my 8-month-old Yamaha GC2 SH3, originally purchased in Oct 2025 from Music Exchange (authorized Yamaha dealer). Selling as I am upgrading to a larger concert grand.

This was delivered to me brand new in the crate — it was never a floor model.

Condition-wise, it is flawless. It’s lived under a custom cover since day one, with the lid closed unless I am actively practicing.

In accoustic mode, the piano has a beautiful Yamaha tone, crystal like treble, rich warm mid, and rumble bass. It is versatile for all kinds of music genres.

In silent mode, you get the best of both worlds — real grand piano action to practice on without disrupting others + your choice of piano voice including Yamaha's flagship CFX concert grand and Bösendorfer Imperial.

Buyer handles moving, but I am happy to recommend the local company who safely delivered it to me if needed.

The SILENT System (SH3)
This is factory-installed by Yamaha, not an aftermarket retrofit.

- Activate the silent mode with one button and you get the best of both worlds — real grand piano action without disrupting others

Maintenance & Care

- Tuned twice since delivery, plus fully regulated and voiced by my technician (last tuned May 2026) to ensure it settles perfectly
- Currently voiced neutral. The hammers are barely broken in, leaving plenty of felt for your technician to take the tone warmer or brighter based on your preference.
- Humidity has been held strictly at 40–50% year-round for snappy action, stable tuning, and minimal seasonal drift.
- The serial number is visible in the photos.
