Owned by one family since 1969. Bought from Schmitt Music in Minneapolis and restored at purchase — new soundboard and strings. Restored again in 2002 by Ken Hannah and Tracy Berger of the Twin Cities: new soundboard, complete restringing, new felts, cabinet stripped and refinished in ebony lacquer, nickel hardware polished, new Steinway decal.

Tuned and serviced March 2026 by Ken Hannah. Humidity held at 32–35% year-round.
