6'3" Bösendorfer grand piano, serial no. 14312, associated with approximately 1896 production. The piano has been extensively rebuilt at some point in its lifetime.  This serial number suggests a much older piano, however the case, the legs and the music desk may have been modernized at some point in a rebuild.  It is unmistakably a Bösendorfer (the plate guarantees this), but it may have had certain parts modified in order to complete a rebuild according to a more modern appeal. The action is a Renner action which was common in later model Bosendorfer's.
