I purchased this piano from Grand Piano Haus (Skokie, IL) in 2015. They refurbished the piano, by putting in new strings and tuning pins, polishing/cleaning the plate, and regulating the action and dampers. Since then, it has served me quite well. It is a pleasure to play, with a consistent action / touch / feel and satisfying bass note resonance and treble clarity. Please follow the video link
