Brackett, the company operated a factory and showrooms located at 581 Washington Street in Boston, Massachusetts. The Brackett Piano Company produced high-quality instruments, most notably their "Cottage Size" Brazilian Rosewood square grand pianos and unusual pedal-board uprights designed for organ practice. The company ceased operations before 1890, making their surviving instruments rare and collectible.]
