Tuned annually, holds tuning well, equipped with internal humidity control system (I haven't used in the last seven years), beautiful carved Victorian cabinet. Buyer responsible for professional piano moving. Was told from previous owner that she was rebuilt in the 90s. Nice warm sound and plays well. Sadly moving out of state and can't take her with us. There are some scratches on top that if cleaned up would make her really beautiful.
