European-built Petrof Model II (7’9”) semi-concert grand in polished ebony. Serial number 469009 (mid-to-late 1980s production). Privately owned for nearly 30 years in a residential setting.
This instrument offers the warm, singing tonal character for which Petrof is known, along with the depth and projection expected from a near 8-foot grand. The bass response is strong and resonant, and the treble remains clear and expressive.
