This 54 year old C7 sounds good and plays well. The soundboard is great, having climate control for most of its life. It tunes easily and holds its pitch. The keytops appear to be 1-piece ivory -- all intact, some with minor splits. However, they might be superb imitations. Although the hammers are worn, they produce plenty of volume and a timbre suitable for jazz, pop and rock -- just not the refined dynamics and tone needed for classical piano music. It has seen a lot of use including in a recording studio. The case has dings from mics and moving. But the entire structure is solid.
