* Regulation of action mechanism currently is poor but the actual mechanical parts are in good condition .
*Sound board is in excellent condition no cracking..
*The tuning pins are the factory installed size 2 , the pins do sit a little low and pin torque is fair.
* Pedals and trapwork in good condition.
* Cabinet in good condition though a little dirty
