I have had this 5'10" Kawai Grand piano since I was 13 years old - my grandfather gave it to me on my 13th birthday. I loved and played this piano for many years, but haven't played it regularly for a long while. It's time for someone else to love and enjoy this beautiful instrument as much as I have.
It has been moved twice - once from Redding, CA to Alameda, CA and then within Alameda a few years later. During the second move, the right damper pedal got bent down. It works, but just doesn't have much room to depress. When I last had the piano tuned, in Spring 2018, I asked the technician about the pedal. He was loathe to try and bend it up lest it break off. So it is up to you, future buyer, to determine if the pedal plays fine as-is or if you would want it fixed.
It has only lived in smoke-free homes, and has been a part of my life for 34 years. It's time for her to be appreciated and played on a daily basis!
