I purchased this piano new in 2019 from the Rockley Family Foundation (Receipt provided) and have been the main user for daily practice time since then. It has been inspected and tuned each 6 months. It is always been in a home with moderate temperature and humidity. It is very well balanced with even tone. The bass notes hold really well. It has rich bass sound and clear and precise tenor and soprano range. It is a great piano for learning and is good for beginners through advanced players. Aside from a slight scratch on the right piano side (from the store) the surfaces have no appreciable marks. Sound board is perfect. as with the mechanics of the piano. Rockley Foundation piano tuner knows this piano and can vouch for its condition (upon request).
