I'm a longtime Portland piano teacher, and this has been my beloved personal piano for the past 16 years. I'm moving out of state, so it's time for it to find a new home!

It’s a wonderful instrument for a serious student, teacher, advanced pianist, recording studio, or anyone looking for professional-quality sound and touch without the size and expense of a grand.

It would also be a dream for a beginner who doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of upgrading, and who wants a high-quality, responsive instrument that is easy and pleasant to play and sounds and feels great from the start.

History: I purchased it barely-used from Classic Pianos in 2010. The sole previous owner was also a piano teacher and had it for 6 months before upgrading to a baby grand. I've owned it since.

Condition: It is in excellent playing condition and very good overall condition. Cosmetically, it looks like new, with the exception of one small chip in the finish on the lower rear corner (see photo) from a previous move. It's in a very inconspicuous location—I didn't even notice it for several months after it occurred—and it has no effect whatsoever on the piano's function.
