This gorgeous 1923 piano has been in my family from the beginning, taken care of by pianists. It has recently been tuned and cleaned. It was rebuilt in 1991. You'll love it. It was assessed in March at $16,000.

I live in Dexter, MI, but the piano is at my mom's house in Oak Park, MI.

Very good condition. Soundboard has a hairline crack under bass strings and bass tenor section.
This is aesthetic and can be resealed with added humidity.
Does not currently affect sound. No buzzing or vibrating.
Bridges: Excellent condition
Strings: Excellent condition. Replaced in 1991.
Dampers: Excellent condition. No ringing or stains.
Tuning pins and pin block: Tuning pins and pin block replaced
in 1991. Tuning pins are tightly torqued for tuning stability.
Pin block excellent condition.
Keys: Excellent condition, bushings excellent condition.
Action: Stable regulation, light wear on hammers,
shanks and flanges in excellent condition, all centers and pins excellent condition, back checks in excellent condition, knuckles in very good condition.
Trap work and pedals are well regulated.
All felt and buckskin very good condition.
Brass could use a buff and polish.
