This piano was purchased new in 2007. It is in excellent, like new condition. The Paul L Janson & Son adjustable black, diamond tufted bench is included. There is a Dampp-Chaser Piano Life Saver System installed on the piano. It has been well maintained in a non-smoking house. It has been tuned every year. We are selling it only because our daughter is now grown, living in an apartment, and we will be downsizing into a smaller home.
