Plays beautifully. Easy action. All keys work well.

To ensure total transparency, I recently had a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) complete a comprehensive inspection. The piano is structurally sound, holding pitch at A440, and ready to play, though routine action regulation and hammer work will bring it to its full potential.

OBSERVATIONS:
Finish is worn
Hammers have grooves and need reshaping or replacing
Action needs regulation
Hammers misaligned with the strings
Repetition lever spring strength uneven
Checking distance, hammer blow distance, let-off, and drop uneven as well as other action adjustments
Key height and key dip is fine
Tuning pin tightness is fine; tested about a half dozen pins and they were all sufficiently tight. I cannot tell whether the pinblock has been treated
Soundboard has stains and cracks (she said it causes no problems)
Piano is near A440; proper pitch
Teflon bushings
(RPT report indicates Teflon bushings, suggesting action components were updated in a prior mid-century servicing, or it may be a minor clerical note. I did have them updated.)

Bridges have no visible cracks

I have a matching bench with a lovely cushion. It is very comfortable.
The piano has ground level access with only one step at front door.
