Piano has been owned by one person who has passed away. The piano was tuned every year until around 2000. It has been well maintained until around 2018. It has been sitting idle and I need to get it out of the house that it sits in. In very good condition. No heat or air in home now and it has some mildew on it but I was able to clean it up and remove the mildew. Will need a good cleaning again when purchased.
