This is a wonderful piano that I've genuinely enjoyed playing, and I hope it finds a good home. The AvantGrand series is Yamaha's hybrid line — it plays and feels like an acoustic grand but works like a digital, so you can practice quietly through headphones without losing any of the touch or tone. It's beautifully responsive. One thing to know: the C# two octaves above middle C has a slight sticking tendency. The piano should be serviced after a move anyway, to balance the action, and this should be easy to address. I can recommend a technician. Price is negotiable; moving is on the buyer, but I can point you toward movers I've used and trust.
