This is a wonderful Yamaha with excellent action and bright tones. Piano was just tuned and serviced on 5/4/26 including: action service; hammer filing; voicing; performed a deep clean; and also gven a clean bill of health.
This Yamaha has been in my home for the last 18 years and played only by a highly experienced adult. Of course, careful attention has always been given to correct humidity and temperature control. I would never consider selling this piano, but my Mom is giving me her Steinway, and I don't have room for both.
