Single owner, played occasionally for enjoyment. All keys work well and the piano is in good condition overall, except that the middle pedal (sostenuto) does not work. Had the action regulated a few years ago. A string broke at the last tuning and it was repaired. Otherwise no other repairs have been done. The finish was touched up after a move. Last tuned in September 2025. Piano tuner says 8 pins are a bit loose and there is a crack starting on the upper side of the sound board; it has not gone through yet. Original bench.
