Single owner, played occasionally for enjoyment. All keys work well and the piano is in great condition overall. Had the action regulated a few years ago. A string broke at the last tuning and it was repaired. Otherwise no other repairs have been done. There are finger scuff marks on the fall board. Original bench. Last tuned in March 2026. There is a minor crack on the upper side of the sound board; it has not gone through yet. Please watch the video for additional photos and a detailed evaluation by a registered piano technician.
