The strings are in very good condition, especially the bass strings, that seem almost new.
The cabinet has normal aging with minor scratches and some dings.
The action including hammers, whippers, and dampers are very good. Some dampers need seating.
Bass and Treble bridges are very good.
The soundboard has one crack but is otherwise good.
The regulation is good. It is not bad and no need for adjustments.
The pinblock has some loose pins
The tuning is slightly flat. A-435. The last tuning is undetermined.
