This piano is a relatively rare A3 (stretch A) as opposed to the shorter 6'2" A2, prized for it's big, full sound, competing with the 6'10 1/2 B. It is a perfect candidate for a rebuilding and refinishing, but the cost will be much lower than usual because 1. the soundboard does not need to be replaced -it's perfect with no cracks at all), and 2. the pinblock holds the tune very well at about A440, so if one were to restring the instrument piano techs have recommended using oversized pins instead of putting in a new pinblock. This piano could also just be enjoyed as is as you can hear from the video. The piano is located in an air conditioned storage unit in Osprey, FL
