This Chickering Brothers Acoustigrande was passed down from my grandmother. It was a gift to her from her father, Dr. Cremer, a physician practicing near the present-day Mayo Clinic. Dorothy was born in 1900 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin circa 1921. She was an accomplished accompanist. The piano was well maintained until her death in 1985. It was completely restored in 1991 and well maintained through 2001. Since then, it’s been moved three times and has been relatively unused. I will take best offer, with buyer to pay for picking up and transporting the instrument.
