Baby Grand piano, Wellesley model by Paine, but according to the Pierce piano atlas they were manufactured by Story and Clark.

One owner bought circa 1940 and moderately used. Structure in good condition and inspected by a registered piano technician that reported as follows:

Pin block is in good condition and torque acceptable to be able to be tuned to 440hz. Soundboard has no visible cracks and producing good tone and volume for its age. Ivory keys off white but solid condition.

Needs some TLC but very serviceable. Needs a pitch raise and fine tuning to be acceptable for a student.
