From recent appraisal: "This piano was built during the golden era of pianos and is a beautiful family heirloom. New replacement value 136,000. This piano is in good condition overall for its age and has had some restoration work done in the past. The action needs regulation, and the sostenuto pedal is not fully functional. It has newer hammers, wippens, strings, tuning pins, understring felt, and damper felt. The piano cabinet is in good overall shape for its age, with a satin finish showing moderate wear and some chips. Metal components are tarnished. The music rack is missing, as well as a hinge pin on the lid. Includes a swivel stool. Several white keytops are chipped, with a few
coming loose.
