My father bought this piano in 1966 and shipped it to me when he and my Mom moved into a retirement community. Piano not heavily used.

Case: Finish is medium brown mahogany. There is some moderate fading on the treble side and some loose veneer on the case cheeks and cheek blocks. Condition is good to very good.

Action: Parts are all original. Teflon action bushings are used. Hammers are mildly flat and grooved. Regulation is in functional condition. The dampers and damper action are in functional condition.

Pinblock/ music wire: All parts are original. Tuning pin torque is firm and consistent. Music wire is all original. The piano has not been tuned in several years. Current pitch is A440 minus 30 cents. Condition is very good

Soundboard/bridges: Currently, the soundboard has two visible cracks. There are slight separations on three or four ribs. Tone production and sustain are good.

Pedals and trapwork are in good functional condition.

Storage cover is in very good condition.
