The Fazioli soundboard is made entirely of red spruce from the forest of the Eastern Italian Alps Antonio Stradivarius used the wood from this forest for his legendary violins. The soundboard of this piano has its own serial number and certificate of authenticity. Faziolis are considered by many to be the best pianos in the world, and as a fifth generation piano technician I wholeheartedly agree! This is one of the best pianos we have ever sold.
