*SOLD* AB Chase upright with bench in same family since 1915

This instrument has not been refinished and its exterior may look rough, but it has been well kept by the same family since it was new. It was rebuilt and professionally tuned in our home.
All the original ivories have been replaced but we have a small box with a number of them.
At the last tuning by the man who tunes the on-stage grand pianos for the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra, he regarded this as a top quality piano and declared it second in tone and action only to a Steinway.
We no longer find ourselves playing it and want it to go to someone who will appreciate it.
