I am the second owner and purchased this in 2008. Its previous owner used it very rarely. Because of sound issues with neighbors, this piano was used lightly for most of its life, <2hrs/week, and less than 1hr/week for the last 4 years. It has been tuned regularly and had its action regulated and hammers voiced about 2 years ago.

We had a damp chaser system installed within 1 year of its moving to Boulder.
