Rebuilt by my team 15 years ago: George Crawford RPT bellywork, Steve Kilroy refinishing, and me (Chris Brown RPT) action work. It then moved to the Cape where humidity seized up the action and exploded some hammers. So, it came back to me for new hammers (Ronsen Wieckert Special), sorting of friction, full regulation, and weighoff. The finish received small repairs and a prep-for-sale touchup from Jim Maggio. The belly and block are like new. And it plays like a demon, has a wide dynamic range, and sounds wonderful.
