The RX-1 Classic Grand is considered a Kawai Legacy Instrument, the smallest model of the award-winning RX Series Grand Pianos that were first introduced in 1995. Collectively, they were chosen “Acoustic Piano Line of the Year” by MMR Magazine’s Dealers’ Choice Awards in 2003, 2004 and 2005. After a successful 18-year tenure, the RX Series was replaced by the much-anticipated GX BLAK Series in 2013.
