Rebuilt in 2003 with repaired sound board, new pin block, new strings and new renner action. Has lived in a year around humidity controlled environment and has very stable tuning. Has been tuned and maintained since 2005 by Wesley Owen, currently the head piano technician for Northwestern University Biennen School of Music. Wes refined the regulation in June 2021 and it was tuned in March 2023. A wonderful piano that needs a new home where it will be played it as it deserves. Listed price or best offer.
