Cincinnati-era Baldwin Model R in good overall condition, recently tuned and professionally assessed on 4/15/26 by Evan Micheels, RPT (written report available).

From the technician's report:

"This piano is in good overall condition, with no apparent structural damage. Bridges and soundboard display no cracks or rib separation. Good torque in the pinblock. Missing one bichord wire at A2. Regulation in fair shape, could use a regulation to refine touch. Hammers could use filing, flattened through use. Action parts, cloth, and felt in good shape."

Warm, full tone with good projection for its size. Cincinnati-built Baldwin (pre-Gibson), known for stronger build quality and tone. One of the last Baldwin grands manufactured in Cincinnati before production moved overseas.
