I'm selling my beloved Kawai K-400 piano. Bought new in November 2021, and meticulously maintained (tuned every 6 months), there is also a 10 year transferable factory warranty with 5 years left on it that comes with the piano (see pics for documentation). Serial number: 2755627

This piano has a rich singing tone, Kawai's reliable and fast Millennium III action (which they use on their grand pianos), and a large grand piano style music desk with vents behind it to transfer the sound outwards from the sound board. It stands at 48 inches. You can find an excellent review of the piano here:

The piano is in like-new condition, as you can see from the photos. Perfect for serious and casual musicians alike. I am selling as I have bought a grand piano, but this piano is musically as good, and a better fit for a smaller space.

The MRSP for a new K-400 is $11,695 (https://kawaius.com/products/kawai-k-400-upright-piano), I am asking $5500 OBO for a like-new instrument still under warranty.
