CONDITION

The piano appears to be in good overall cosmetic condition and has been kept in a climate-controlled home. It has been unplayed for many years.

It was my mother's piano, and I do not have records of its last tuning or service. She passed away in 2015, and the piano has not been regularly played since then. The soundboard and bridges appear intact.

Given the piano's age and history, the new owner should have it evaluated and tuned by a qualified piano technician after it has been moved and allowed to settle into its new environment.

INSPECTION

You're welcome to see and play the piano by appointment before purchasing.

MOVING

Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for a professional, insured piano mover.

Local sale only.
