Provenance and care
In my home since 2020, in a single climate-controlled room for its entire time with me, and tuned on a regular professional schedule throughout. Freshly tuned as of today. Purchased from an established Bay Area piano dealer.

Condition
Excellent throughout. The polished ebony case is clean and glossy with no significant marks. Keytops are even and unchipped. The action is responsive and even across the compass; all three pedals function correctly. Strings and tuning pins are clean with no rust. Soundboard and bridges are sound.

Notes for buyers
The GE-1 is Kawai's Japan-built compact grand, a genuine Hamamatsu instrument rather than one of the later overseas-produced entry models — a distinction worth confirming on any Kawai in this size class.
