I am the second owner of the piano. It has always been privately owned and has never been used in a school, institutional, or commercial setting. It has been owned and played by a professional pianist, professionally maintained, and regularly tuned.
The piano is in excellent playing condition. There is some localized sun fading to the finish on one side and a portion of the lid. This is cosmetic only and does not affect the instrument. Depending on placement, the fading on the side can be largely out of view, while the area on the lid is normally concealed by the folded-back portion of the lid. Detailed photos are available.
The piano is currently located in Seattle and is being offered for sale due to my relocation to Europe. Serious inquiries, private viewings, and independent technician inspections are welcome.
