Single family owner for 100 years. Piano was given to my grandmother the piano teacher in 1922 as an anniversary present. Moved to California in 1956 and to its present location in 1965 when my grandmother died. The piano is in very good condition. I can provide proof of recent repairs and tuning. I am sad that it no longer is played regularly. i would really like the piano to go to a musical person or place that will love it and play it every day. Price is negotiable and you must hire a reputable piano mover.
