Offered for sale on behalf of a private client is a 1939 Steinway & Sons Model M Grand Piano, serial number 291148.

The piano underwent an extensive belly restoration completed in July 2023, including:

* New pinblock
* New strings
* New damper felts

Additional mechanical work includes:

* Complete action regulation
* Touchweight work to improve the feel, balance, and responsiveness of the action
* Complete overhaul of the pedal and trapwork assemblies
